Training & Experience
Dr Gaspar Lead Clinician in Chronic Pain Medicine at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital In Oswestry.
This is an internationally recognised centre of excellence in treating Musculoskeletal disorders and diseases.
His previous training and experience includes a Clinical Lectureship in Chronic Pain Medicine at the University of Liverpool.
He is only one of a handful (30 or so) of Pain Physicians in the UK holding the Fellowship of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP).
This is the benchmark for excellence in Interventional Pain Practice awarded after examination by the World Institute of Pain,
(WIP)
He also served on the Executive Board of the UK division of the World Institute of Pain 2011- 2104.
He has been an in invited speaker at Pain Medicine meetings/conferences at both a local and national level.
Furthermore, I also teach at internationally recognised cadaveric workshops as a demonstrator to aspiring Pain Specialists.
He is an experienced medico legal expert in pain management and writing report since 2008. He has attained the highly acclaimed
Cardiff University Bond Solon Civil Expert Witness Certification.
He is Founder and Director of an online pain management program, a unique digital supported self-management program
for chronic pain.
